Dakota Business Lending (DBL) is pleased to welcome Molly Bradford to their team as a Business Development and Commercial Loan Officer, working to develop and foster relationships with lenders, small businesses, economic development professionals, and other partners. Based out of Missoula, MT, she will be joining DBL’s Montana team with a focus on the western part of the state, primarily in the Missoula, Kalispell, and Great Falls areas.
As the co-founder and CEO of GatherBoard, an online community events platform started in 2008, Bradford knows firsthand what it takes to be a small business owner. Her entrepreneurial experience, combined with over 20 years in sales and marketing, makes her a strong advocate for small business owners looking to access the financing and resources they need to succeed. She will be working to educate lenders and partners on DBL’s SBA 504 and Community Impact Loan programs, as well as their other non-financing resources, to support small business owners as they start, grow, and expand their businesses. Bradford was drawn to the organization due to the desire to positively impact the crossover between economic development and community development, and to enhance access to funding and resources for Montana small businesses and entrepreneurs.
In her free time, Bradford enjoys volunteering for the Missoula Downtown Foundation and Missoula Art Museum, as well as at her kids’ schools. She is an avid mountain adventurer who makes time for descending snowy peaks and rushing rivers, as well as hunting, foraging, and cooking local food for family and friends. She is also known to duck away to quiet sandy beaches, near and far, for reading, snorkeling, seafood and surfing.
