Dakota Business Lending (DBL) is pleased to welcome Brandon Orr to their team as a Business Development and Commercial Loan Officer, working to develop and foster relationships with lenders, small businesses, economic development professionals, and other partners. Based out of Bozeman, MT, Orr will be a part of DBL’s Montana team and will be working to serve their southwestern market, particularly in the Bozeman area, to help entrepreneurs better access DBL’s SBA 504, Community Impact Loan program, and other non-financing resources.
He is an MBA graduate from the University of Montana and brings with him over four years of experience in business financing, more than a decade of expertise in assisting small business owners through technical support and training, and four years as Regional Director of the Small Business Development Center in Helena where he consulted hundreds of local businesses and provided access to startup and growth capital.
Along with welcoming Orr, DBL is opening a new office located at Sidecar, a co-working space at 544 E Main Street, Bozeman, MT. While they have been serving the entire state since 2018, this new office allows DBL to be even more accessible and better serve businesses across Montana.
Their growing MT business development team now includes Christie Williams (Lewistown), Jo Ann Back (Helena), Molly Bradford (Missoula), and Brandon Orr (Bozeman), as well as Anjie Martins (Senior Credit Manager, Bozeman) and Julie Jaksha (Director of Small Business Advising, Butte), all committed to providing tailored financing solutions and helping small businesses in the 406 thrive.
