Dakota Business Lending (DBL) is pleased to welcome back Paige Naylor to their team as Underwriter / Direct Lending Administrator. Naylor will work to ensure compliance with all DBL’s programs, rules, and regulations, and develop and complete new credit requests. She will also assist with other lending-related activities and support DBL’s direct lending options.
Born and raised in the Fargo area, Naylor originally joined the DBL team in 2019 and worked as a Credit & Underwriting Specialist for over five years until moving to Colorado and transitioning to the banking world in 2025. Naylor has been welcomed back to the DBL team to continue working with the Loan Operations team in Underwriting, as well as expanding DBL’s direct lending program, now bringing with her 2 more years in the business/ financing world.
She looks forward to jumping back into DBL’s mission and helping small businesses access the financing they need to start, grow, and expand across their footprint. In her free time, Naylor enjoys hiking, skiing, and camping in the mountains and spending quality time with her family.
