Paige Naylor • Underwriter / Direct Lending Administrator

Paige is always helping bring the best out of others! Born and raised in the Fargo area, Paige has been a part of the business and finance industry and has never looked back. She originally joined the Dakota Business Lending team in 2019 and served as Credit & Underwriting Specialist for five years before moving to Colorado. Paige has been welcomed back as Underwriter / Direct Lending Administrator and is excited to jump back into Dakota Business Lending’s mission with two more years of lending and banking experience under her belt and help even more small businesses start, grow, and expand.

Bringing energy into an environment comes naturally to Paige. She inspires people to give their best and can turn the group’s mood around quickly and contagiously. Additionally, she is a connector, bringing together her team, guests, customers, and anyone else she encounters.  She loves to get the whole team on board and work to better serve our customers.
