Mike Ferrell • Interim VP of Business Development & Marketing

Mike is all about seeing the big picture and moving people towards it. He has spent a majority of his career helping individuals and organizations grow as an author, speaker, leadership coach, and business strategist. Based out of our Sioux Falls office, he joined the Dakota Business Lending team to lead the organization’s business development and marketing efforts, strengthening partnerships, building meaningful relationships, and developing strategies across our footprint.

Mike thrives on helping people help each other. He enjoys making the right connections, building systems that stand the test of time, and creating opportunities that benefit everyone involved. His leadership brings our teams together and ensures our efforts generate lasting results for our borrowers, lending partners, and the communities we serve.
