Kaitlyn is our go-to for all things marketing.  As Marketing Director, she leads the organization’s overall marketing strategy, overseeing everything from branding and communications to campaigns, events, social media, and website development. She works closely with the entire Dakota Business Lending team to ensure their marketing efforts support the organizations’ goals, strengthen partnerships, and help even more businesses discover the resources available to them.

Kaitlyn has an incredible knack for being able to see the path to get things done.  It’s like she has a built-in navigation system that keeps us on track to get things done efficiently & effectively.  She is a perfect combination of amazing creativity that is grounded in reality to be able to deliver the messages that give people solid information they need to move forward with confidence.
