Dakota Business Lending is pleased to welcome Sarah Hauser to their team as a Loan Closing and Servicing Specialist. In this position, Hauser will support the closing and servicing of loans in accordance with SBA guidelines. Her responsibilities will include preparing loan documents, coordinating with borrowers and partners, managing loan files, and helping ensure a smooth and accurate closing process. She will also assist with ongoing servicing needs and help maintain compliance throughout the life of each loan.
Hauser joins the Dakota Business Lending team with a strong passion for helping small businesses succeed. “I was drawn to work at Dakota Business Lending because I believe in the power of small businesses,” Hauser shared. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, reading, and baking.
