Carter has a knack for seeing the big picture and creating practical strategies to bring it to life. He joined the Dakota Business Lending team as a Loan Specialist with a year of previous experience in SBA 504 lending and a strong desire to continue learning and growing in the field. Based out of South Dakota, Carter was drawn to DBL for its supportive culture, dedicated team, and variety of lending resources.
