Dakota Business Lending (DBL) is excited to announce that applications for the second cohort of the Entrepreneur District are now open. Located on the second floor of the DBL headquarter office in Fargo, the Entrepreneur District is a transformative space that brings together nine small business owners from various industries. Entrepreneurs in Residence will have access to both the office space they need and the collaboration they crave to create, work, and grow…all at no cost.
Those who wish to hold their office at the Entrepreneur District must have have one of two goals: the desire and potential to grow and scale their business, OR the desire to sustain their business at its current level by creating a more robust, well-rounded business. Residency at the Entrepreneur District is free for business owners who meet the following qualifications:
- Must own a for-profit small business in full operation and registered with your state.
- Must be a solopreneur working full-time on your business.
- Must be in need of a physical office space and able to work from Fargo, ND Entrepreneur District office no less than 8 hours a week.
- Must have a strong willingness to collaborate with other Residents.
DBL will provide entrepreneurs with the office space, mentorship, education, collaboration and partnerships, and capital needed to continue to advance not only their business, but themselves as entrepreneurs.
