Rochelle has a way of making others feel heard, respected, and trusted. She currently serves as our Portfolio Manager, working to ensure compliance with agency rules and regulations and manage the organization’s overall portfolio She is originally from central Minnesota and was attracted to Dakota Business Lending because of its tight-knit team, company culture, and impact on state and local economies.

Building teams to accomplish goals is what Rochelle does best. She understands the strengths of those around her and thrives on empowering others to use them. Her unique ability to delegate tasks in an intentional way allows her to mobilize the strongest people to tackle the task at hand.
